Everyman Brentford is seeking a General Manager to lead our venue and deliver the distinctive Everyman experience for guests. You will provide strong, visible leadership, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive operational excellence with a positive team ethos.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to maximise guest satisfaction, revenue, and performance in a fast-growing cinema hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality venue or cinema operations.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high service standards and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance.
• Hold P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and performance.

The Day-to-Day Script

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service

• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance

Successful candidates will:

• Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development
• Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self–motivation
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer–focused hospitality environment
