Job summary

Urban Pubs & Bars is seeking a Deputy General Manager for The Duchess of Kensington in Kensington, London. You will support the General Manager, drive commercial performance and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-food-mix pub environment.

You will train and mentor staff, uphold top standards, and seize opportunities for career progression within our expanding group. A proactive, customer-focused leader with strong business sense fits this role.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property.
• Solid communication and organisational skills.
• Personal Licence holder beneficial.

The Duchess of Kensington is an elegant pub located in the heart of Kensington, a stone’s throw from the Royal Albert Hall.

Offering a menu of elevated pub classics, strong passing trade and the draw of a nearby landmarks, expect a fast-paced all-day trade with a high food mix giving way to wet led evening in Kensington’s newest and most stylish pub.

The Role
