Fountain & Ink is recruiting a General Manager to lead our modern British pub on Stamford Street, near the South Bank. You will own day-to-day operations, oversee floors, bars, and late-night service, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Ideally, you bring 2+ years as a GM or senior venue leader, proven people development skills, and a calm, commercially-minded approach. Join us for a hands-on, growth-focused role in a dynamic pub group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a general manager or in a senior venue role

Welcome to Fountain & Ink. A modern British pub in the heart of The South Bank. Join us at our newly-refurbished, modern British pub on Stamford Street. Just a short walk from the National Theatre, The BFI Film Theatre and Southbank Centre and accessible from multiple tube stations, including Southwark, Waterloo and Blackfriars. It's the perfect place for drinks and dinner after a day of culture at one of the many nearby theatres and galleries on the South Bank. We serve a seasonal pub menu and have an extensive range of craft beers on draught and many more in the fridge.

The Role

• As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.


• Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must.


• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.


• You have impeccable floor, bar and late night experience knowledge as well as late night experience.


• You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

What we looking for:

• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a general manager depending on the property being looked at
