The Cyclist is a modern British pub in Balham, London, seeking a General Manager to lead a busy venue with all-day food and a craft beer focus. You will own operations, drive performance and develop a strong team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

The Cyclist is a modern British pub just across the road from Balham Station. With an all-day food offering during the week, Saturday brunch and Sunday lunch, it’s the ideal place for a few pints, a quick bite, or dinner with friends and family. Our street-side terrace is made for al fresco drinking and dining.

Urban Pubs & Bars are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled General Manager with personality and charisma for our expanding group. The Role

• As GM, you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
• Being business-savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must.
• Your team will look up to you, so it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• You have impeccable floor, bar and late-night experience.
