The Well and Bucket in London is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in every aspect of running the venue, with ownership of delivering high standards, training staff and maximising commercial performance. As part of Urban Pubs & Bars, you’ll join a growing group recognised for quality and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience at a busy venue.

The Role

• As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as youwill be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
