Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for an Assistant Front Office Manager to be part of an iconic London opening.

Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership for managing daily Front Office operations and delivering on this promise to our guests. You will maintain exceptional operational standards at the front desk and switchboard, playing a key role in the department. You will take pride in ensuring a guest-centered focus in everything we do and foster a supportive environment for the Front Office team. As the Manager on Duty, you will handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved to exceed guest expectations.

Specifically, as the Assistant Front Office Manager:

  • Have previous experience in a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards.
  • Be willing and eager to contribute towards setting up pre-opening standards and objectives aligned with the broader Raffles vision.
  • Have a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Have well-developed technical and computer skills.
  • Be willing to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
