Job Description

An exceptional opportunity exists for an Assistant Front Office Manager to be part of an iconic London opening.

Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership for managing daily Front Office operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will focus on maintaining high operational standards at the front desk and switchboard, ensuring a guest-centered approach in all activities. As the Manager on Duty, you will handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, resolving issues to exceed guest expectations.

Specifically, as the Assistant Front Office Manager:

  • Have previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, working with standards such as LQA, Forbes 5*, or equivalent.
  • Be willing and eager to contribute to setting up pre-opening standards aligned with the broader Raffles vision.
  • Have a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Have well-developed technical and computer skills.
  • Be willing to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
