An exceptional opportunity presents itself for an Assistant Front Office Manager to be part of an iconic London opening.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership for managing daily front office operations and delivering excellent service to our guests. You will maintain high operational standards at the front desk and switchboard, ensuring a guest-centered focus and fostering a supportive environment for the team. As the Manager on Duty, you will handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, resolving issues to exceed guest expectations.

Specifically, as the Assistant Front Office Manager:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards.
  • Willingness and eagerness to contribute to pre-opening standards and objectives aligned with the Raffles vision.
  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Well-developed technical and computer skills.
  • Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
