It resides on the historic grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace.

Key duties of the Assistant Front Office Manager include:

  • Managing shifts and supervising the team to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Overseeing department operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager
  • Supporting the achievement of departmental KPIs
  • Covering Duty Manager shifts as needed
  • Recruiting and developing the front office team, setting objectives, and providing regular feedback
