• Lead and support the F&B team to deliver high standards of service and hospitality
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build positive experiences
• Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house coordination
• Support the training and development of team members, fostering a positive workplace culture
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and guest experience
• Manage team rotas and staffing levels based on business needs
• Hold regular team meetings to align on goals, service standards, and performance targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures
