Calling all cool creators! Want to work in the ultimate indoor LEGO playground? We have a bricktastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of the food and beverage outlet at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester!

We're searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in creating unforgettable experiences. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee a team of hosts and team leaders, ensuring smooth and efficient catering operations that maximize revenue and makes sure our guests are wowed by their time with us.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest food quality standards, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Training your team on food hygiene and temperature control will be key. You’ll also manage stock, reduce waste, and coach your team to achieve sales targets.

This full-time role offering 37.5 hours a week requires working any 5 days from 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in managing a food & beverage team, with a knack for inspiring others and driving performance
• A passion for customer service
• Strong understanding of food safety, stock management, and cost control
• Creative and innovative, always looking for new ideas to boost sales
• Hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment and leading by example
