Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a hands-on F&B focused professional to lead by example on the floor, ensuring guest experiences meet our high standards and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. You will support the F&B Manager across the restaurant, bar, and conference and events spaces.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong people management skills, and knowledge of wines and beverages trends. This is a hands-on, on-site role within Ashford’s award-winning hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within hospitality.
• Experience in busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddings venues.
• Restaurant and bar management experience.
• People management experience.
• Up to date with food & beverages trends and best practice.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor with your team, upholding brand standards and guest experience, and maximise revenues.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager across restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.

What will I do?

You will be hands on, working on the floor together with your team, leading by example ensuring brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager across the F&B operation which will include the restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.
