Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic Night Porter to welcome guests, check them in/out, and maintain a safe, clean environment overnight.

You will work the night shift, including weekends, with opportunities to learn across Front Office areas. The role offers a supportive team and access to hotel facilities and benefits within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for guest experience.

• Willingness to learn and cover different Front Office areas.

Responsibilities

• Night shift receptionist duties including check-ins and check-outs.
• Regular hotel and health & safety checks.
• Set up meeting rooms and ensure the hotel is clean and presentable.

What will I do?

You’ll provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night, overnight reception duties including check ins & check outs, regular hotel and health & safety checks, set up of meeting rooms and ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.
This role is working the night shift so must be flexible to work nights, including weekend working.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
