Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, located just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld, is seeking a Night Receptionist to manage late-evening check-ins and check-outs, greet guests, and handle enquiries with professionalism.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, a courteous attitude, and effective conflict resolution to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
