This role supports Hazel restaurant and bar operations within a dynamic, creative team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate brings strong organisational skills, event experience, and a customer-first mindset, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, or wedding operations preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• MC/host experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weddings and events with attention to detail.
• Support F&B Manager with timelines, schedules, and logistics.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to confirm arrangements.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown to high quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
• Handle last-minute changes with professionalism and calm.
• Assist with rotas, meetings, stock management, and revenue tracking.
• Support day-to-day operations of Hazel restaurant, bar, and dining areas.
• Supervise front-of-house teams to maintain high service levels.
