Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is seeking a proactive Meetings & Events Operations Assistant to support the delivery of high‑quality events. You will set up spaces, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during conferences, meetings and banquets.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Experience in conferences and banquets preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per client needs and hotel standards.
• Assist with food and beverage service during conferences and banquets.
• Ensure service areas are well-presented and maintained throughout events.
• Provide attentive guest service and coordinate with kitchen and staff.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations in all handling.
