Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to lead the Restaurant & Bar department and execute strategies to achieve goals. You will provide people leadership, recruit and develop staff, and set targets in line with hotel strategy.

Additionally, you’ll support events, manage the department budget, and cover Duty Management shifts to ensure exceptional service across the F&B offering within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail; customer-focused.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.
