Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hotel team. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn important skills and grow within the company.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You’ll need previous hospitality experience, fluent English, and the ability to work mornings/evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is essential.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Know the menu and wine; make recommendations.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.

Conhecimentos

Previous hospitality experience

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job:

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experienceis essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.
