Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Food & Beverage operation. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the Restaurant & Bar team, implement strategies to achieve goals and ensure seamless service across events and daily operations.

You will recruit and develop staff, set targets, manage the budget, cover Duty Management shifts, and contribute to guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to recruit and develop employees.
• High standards with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Assist the F&B Manager in leading the Restaurant & Bar department and executing strategies.
• Provide people leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing staff.
• Set targets for the F&B team in line with hotel strategy.
• Support events to ensure excellent service at all times.
• Manage the department budget and cost-effectiveness.
• Cover Duty Management shifts to support hotel operations.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.

Your Job

• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
• A key aspect of the role will be covering Duty Management shifts to support hotel operations
