Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hotel team in Manchester. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy to build essential hospitality skills and grow with a friendly, internal-promotions oriented team.

You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, delivering friendly and efficient service to hotel guests and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or service roles is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and provide friendly guest service.

Aufgaben

• Know the menu well and make beverage/food recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job:

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experienceis essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.
