Job summary

WSP is seeking an Assistant Employee Relations Advisor to join our Employee Relations team in the UK & Ireland. This full-time permanent role provides timely, practical ER guidance to People Managers and manages a portfolio of low-medium complexity cases with support from the ER team.

You will help address people issues early, ensure policy compliance, coach managers and support HR projects including TUPE and organizational change. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an HR (Employee Relations) environment.
• Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to guide managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employee relations matters including sickness absence and performance concerns.
• Provide first-line ER support to People Managers across the UK & Ireland.
• Prepare ER documentation, letters and meeting packs, ensuring records are accurate.
