  • Prepare employee relations documentation, letters and meeting packs, ensuring records are accurate and maintained appropriately.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive or high-risk cases to the ER Partner where appropriate.
  • Support wider ER projects, including the administration involved with organisational change, restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes.
  • Supporting the legal team with data subject access requests (DSARs).
  • Assist with management information, reporting and case tracking to support effective ER service delivery.
  • Take notes at formal meetings and support ER Partners and Advisors with more complex casework.
  • Support the continuous improvement of ER processes, guidance and manager resources.
  • Work collaboratively with Global HR Services, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver an excellent employee experience.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a very busy and varied workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to provide guidance to managers.
