Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council, in collaboration with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking Assistant Educational Psychologists to join the Educational Psychology Service (EPS). You will support the Experts at Hand model, work on early intervention projects, and help deliver training and webinars for schools.

The post offers supervision from qualified Educational Psychologists, development in assessment and intervention skills, and preparation for Educational Psychology Doctorate training

Qualifications

  • Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) must be conferred.
  • At least 2 years relevant full-time equivalent experience with children/young people.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Experts at Hand (EaH) model and EPS programmes.
  • Apply psychology to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEN.
  • Receive regular supervision from qualified Educational Psychologists and develop assessment, consultation and intervention skills.

Skills

Graduate basis for chartered status
Experience with children/young people

Education

Psychology degree with 2:1 or above
Masters in Psychology
