Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with teachers/educational professionals in an education setting.
  • Experience with individuals or groups of CYP with additional and complex needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology providing Graduate Basis for Chartered membership (BPS).
  • Master’s degree in Education/Inclusion/SEND is desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to apply for the doctorate in Educational Psychology after a successful first year with EPS.

Responsibilities

  • Support early identification and intervention for CYP with SEND under EP supervision.
  • Deliver training and facilitate workshops in schools and settings.
  • Build strong partnerships with children, families, and professionals across settings.
  • Contribute to assessments and reviews at the SEN support level and support birth-25-year scope.
