An international education provider in Uxbridge is seeking an Assistant Director of Studies. This role involves managing the academic program, guiding teachers, and ensuring high-quality lesson delivery. Candidates should have a first degree, EFL qualification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position is residential with 55 hours of work per week, from June to August 2026, offering a competitive salary and full-board accommodation.
Managing, developing, and supporting are just some of the duties of our Assistant Director of Studies. Stafford House comprises 2 brands, Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays. At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 young learners (aged 817) from around the world each summer.
Contracts are 5‑8 weeks from 16th June to 23rd August 2026 depending on school you work at. This can be a little flexible. Hours: This is a fully immersive experience, offering 55 hours per week over 6 days. It's a residential role, meaning that you can choose to spend summer in a new location, and we provide you with full‑board accommodation. You must attend our manager's training weekend, on 19th June 2026.
We offer 7 fantastic study locations within the UK with a wide range of courses to choose from including English Language and activities, creative Art & Design, sports, and academic preparation courses.
