A leading social housing provider in Castleford is looking for an Assistant Development Project Manager to assist in managing multiple new build projects aimed at delivering 10,000 new homes over the next decade. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 qualification or equivalent and demonstrate strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills. As the Assistant Development Project Manager your manager will be our Development Manager – Delivery. You will work 37 hours a week, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Assistant Development Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting our Development Project Managers in the management of multiple new build projects as we strive to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next 10 years.
