Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach on the go
• Knowledgeable about food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Enjoy celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
