The Vacancy

Our dedicated and friendly Centre staff are at the heart of our customer community.

We’re looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at The Leather Market.

You’ll proactively assist the Centre Manager to manage and market the business centre. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, maximising sales results, and maintaining high standards within the Centre. Your responsibilities will include conducting viewings of vacant spaces, supervising the on-site team, organising community events, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies. The ability to balance tasks and prioritise is essential. You should also be skilled at building relationships, thinking on your feet, and solving problems independently.

The Successful Candidate Will Need

• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of Health and Safety policies
