Do you have a passion for football and sport? Our client is a top league leader in 5-a-side football, with 43 centres throughout the UK. Not all 5-a-side pitches are created equal, which is why they have all-weather arenas similar to Europe's top clubs!

We are currently recruiting an assistant manager for our client's leading football centre operation. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day management of the complex and supervise all staff.
  • Work a flexible shift pattern to ensure management coverage at all times.
Purpose of the Job:

To provide quality, effective, and efficient service to users of our client's facilities, and to assist the General Manager in developing sales and marketing plans to promote and maximize income opportunities. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute operational and sales plans to promote operational excellence and maximize income potential.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, team captains, local schools, and football coaches.
  • Organization and management skills to oversee internal staff from reception to referees, and work towards sales targets.
