The What...

As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you will be central to delivering a fun and positive customer experience, supporting effective business operations.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting the General Manager with centre goals and financial targets.

You will ensure the highest standards of service and safety, creating a fun environment for our customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• A passion for customer service
• Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
