Qualifications

• Proven management/supervisory experience in care services.
• Strong understanding of care planning and safeguarding.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
• Experience of managing and scheduling staff rotas.
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work towards Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care if not held.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of care services within a designated Extra Care scheme.
• Create and regularly review personalised care plans with residents, families and carers, ensuring needs are met and compliant with standards.
• Oversee scheduling of rotas, ensuring adequate staffing and value for money.
• Monitor quality of care services and identify/manage risks proactively.
• Act as first point of contact for residents and partners to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
