Qualifications

• Proven management/supervisory experience in care services.
• Strong understanding of care planning and safeguarding.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
• Experience of managing and scheduling staff rotas.
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work towards Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care if not held.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of care services within a designated Extra Care scheme.
• Create and regularly review personalised care plans with residents, families and carers.
• Oversee scheduling of rotas and ensure adequate, financially efficient staffing.
• Monitor performance and quality of care services, identifying and managing risks.
• Serve as first point of contact for residents, families and partner agencies to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
