Job summary

Chef & Cook in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Assistant Butcher to support the Head Butcher with day-to-day meat preparation and order fulfilment. Full training will be provided.

You will learn meat preparation, portioning, packing and general butchery operations, while keeping work areas clean and organized. 35–40 hours per week across 5–6 days; Turkish-speaking skills are an advantage.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a team-focused shop where accuracy and reliability matter.

Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the role, including meat preparation, portioning, packing and general butchery operations.

• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Turkish-speaking skills are an advantage.
