Job summary

Epwin Group PLC in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our trade counter Team. You will work with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards in the trade counter and warehouse, and lead by example.

A full driving license is essential; a forklift license is preferred but training will be provided. You will help meet branch performance targets, support health and safety, and enjoy a benefits package including 24 days' leave, a pension and a

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license preferable but training will be provided if not held.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy.
• Experience in a trade counter environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Lead by example and work with the team to achieve branch targets.
• Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
