Scrivens Ltd is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving branch performance and maintaining high standards of clinical care in an optical/hearing environment.

You will manage daily operations, motivate staff, train and coach, handle merchandising and stock, and coordinate local promotions. A strong customer-service and sales background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or healthcare, ideally optical or audiology.
• Strong customer-service and sales background.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team; well-organised and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily branch operations and ensure smooth service.
• Motivate team to achieve sales targets for optical and hearing products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Manage stock, merchandising and branch presentation to standards.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Step in as acting Branch Manager when required.
