Park Plaza is seeking a Senior Housekeeper to lead and shape housekeeping operations with a guest-focused approach. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper, guide the team, and uphold high cleanliness standards across the hotel.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with other departments, and driving guest satisfaction with Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Assistant Head of Department duties for Housekeeping, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper and drive daily operations.
• Be an active, visible leader to motivate the team and improve service.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and aligned with hotel goals.
• Play a direct role in overall hotel management and guest satisfaction.
