Park Plaza County Hall London is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee breakfast, meetings & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

You will coordinate kitchen and service teams, uphold health and safety standards, manage inventory and costs, and strive to achieve revenue targets in a busy hotel setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel.
• Experience managing breakfast, M&E, restaurant and room service.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in day-to-day F&B operations across breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar and room service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor inventory and procure supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control and revenue targets.
