Park Plaza in London is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the shift, brief the team, and maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.

You will mentor Room Attendants, ensure efficient operations, respond to guest needs, and uphold the Park Plaza values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or team leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop room attendants.
