Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Asset Management professional to lead client relationships and manage a diverse portfolio across Birmingham. You will coordinate lease and financial activities, ensure compliance with ESG initiatives, and drive value through proactive portfolio oversight.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and collaborative leadership within a PAM team.

Qualificações

• Newly qualified RICS preferred.
• Strategic thinker with client relationship skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for Asset Manager and lead relationships.
• Oversee lease and legal management, including consent to alter, wayleaves, underletting or assignment.
• Coordinate financial management with Accounts to monitor cashflow and charges.
• Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations per RICS guidelines.
• Work with ESG teams to align ESG strategy with client responsibilities.
• Conduct portfolio inspections and record issues.
• Support property transitions, due diligence, and disposals.
• Provide client reporting content and attend meetings.
• Engage occupiers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support Major Works with site-based projects.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and insurance matters.
