Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Surveyor in Property Management for our Greater Manchester portfolio. On-site, you will support asset leads, manage occupier relations, and assist with lease, service charges, and ESG initiatives.

You will engage with clients, occupiers, and senior stakeholders, ensuring inspections, reports, and due diligence are handled efficiently while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across client and occupier teams.
• Solid organisational skills with a detail‑oriented approach to property management.
• Commercially aware and proactive in issue resolution.
• MRICS qualification or progress is preferred for progression.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property lead as a key contact for the Asset Manager across allocated assets.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, occupiers and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing client reports and attending meetings as required.
• Assist in occupier applications, lease compliance and related queries.
• Support financial processes including service charge budgets and invoicing.
• Contribute to ESG initiatives and supplier management.
• Undertake regular property inspections and assist with due diligence.
• Support transitions, onboarding/offboarding of assets and liaising with solicitors.
