Job summary

Ocean Housing Group is seeking a proactive Property Services Co-ordinator (Assets) based at Stennack House, St Austell. This role covers surveys, project oversight, and asset data management to support safe, sustainable homes.

You will liaise with contractors and authorities, oversee tenant adaptations, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining high service standards. Fixed-term until 31 March 2028, 37 hours per week, £37,634 per annum.

Qualifications

• A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• HNC in Building Construction or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in asset management activities.
• Experience carrying out property and stock condition surveys.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel across operational locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out stock condition surveys and inspections to inform asset investment decisions.
• Assessing completed works to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Managing applications for tenant improvements and disabled adaptations.
• Maintaining accurate asset management records and property data.
• Undertaking energy assessments and supporting energy efficiency initiatives.
• Liaising with contractors, local authorities, colleagues and customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Supporting continuous improvement by monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to enhance services.
