Job summary

Eclipse Power is seeking an Asset Management Engineer to join the Asset Operations team in the UK. You will help implement a structured asset management strategy from the ground up, setting policy, implementing maintenance routines and leading with innovation in asset management practice.

Join a group dedicated to safe, reliable electricity networks, with on-call incident support and opportunities to apply GIS and digital asset management tools across HV and LV networks.

Qualifications

• Level 4 or higher engineering qualification (HNC/HND, FD Eng. or equivalent).
• Knowledge of utility asset legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to analyse data and inform strategic decisions for asset management.

Responsibilities

• Manage key asset documentation and data (OEM, FAT/SAT, historic data).
• Create, schedule and manage Work Orders in the EAM system for the Asset Operations team.
• Support development and enforcement of the Strategic Asset Management Plan and policies.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure supply chain reliability.
• Oversee asset valuation and replacement costing data; support insurance declarations.
• Support asset condition monitoring technologies and digital asset records (GIS).
• Maintain KPIs for asset performance and contribute to ISO 55001 alignment.
