Belcan is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee Asset Information Services at Cambridge and Macclesfield. You will lead a team of Asset Information Specialists, ensuring quality control, EDMS governance, and timely delivery of engineering documentation and asset data.

You will act as the primary client interface, manage SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across two sites while coordinating budgets and cross-team collaboration.

• Proven experience leading service delivery or operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and contractual service obligations.
• Demonstrable people management and team development experience.
• Budget management, forecasting, and operational performance expertise.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of Asset Information Services and ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
• Act as the key operational interface for the client, managing relationships and escalations.
• Drive service excellence through performance monitoring, governance, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee operational budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support Facilities Management, Engineering, and Project teams with information management solutions.
• Travel between Cambridge and Macclesfield facilities.
