Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking an Information Manager / Asset Integrator to support UK projects from London (Heathrow). The role focuses on document control, asset data handling, and integrating information across client databases and systems. You will work with project teams to ensure compliant handover and operability of assets.

The position requires experience in information management, asset lifecycle, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate data for handover and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management, asset information management, or project controls within infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management and project delivery processes.
• Knowledge of information management standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control support for UK & Ireland projects.
• Facilitate document review processes.
• Manage document release processes to client databases.
• Establish and manage CDE requirements across projects.
• Ensure compliance with information management standards and project information requirements.
• Support project teams in generating and updating documents using templates and processes.
• Monitor quality, completeness, and accuracy of project information deliverables.
• Coordinate information exchanges between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support BIM and information management processes in digital delivery.
