Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd. in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Account Manager to own and shape a new asset finance proposition.

You will engage with business owners and HNW clients to fund vehicles, fleets, plant, machinery and business equipment. Based in the Midlands, this role offers autonomy, uncapped commission with OTE of £70,000-£75,000+ and potential for future leadership as the commercial-finance division grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance sales, account management or asset finance brokerage.
• Track record of originating opportunities and converting them into funded business.
• Knowledge of asset finance and leasing, across vehicles, plant, machinery or business equipment.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and understanding funding requirements.
• Relationship-led approach, commercial drive and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers to identify asset finance and leasing requirements.
• Develop funding opportunities across commercial vehicles, fleets, plant, machinery and business equipment.
• Understand customers' business plans and match funding solutions to their needs.
• Take ownership of the sales process, from initial conversation through to funded deal.
• Develop repeat business through proactive account management and ongoing customer engagement.
• Help shape sales processes and the growth of the commercial-finance division.

Are you an experienced Asset Finance Account Manager looking for more ownership, greater earning potential and the opportunity to build something?

Based in Sutton Coldfield, this role offers the chance to develop an asset finance proposition within a growing specialist finance business. You'll have an established base of business owners and HNW customers to engage with, creating opportunities to fund vehicles, fleets, plant, machinery and business equipment.

This is more than a role managing an existing pipeline. You'll help shape how the proposition grows, build lasting customer relationships and have a clear opportunity to progress as the commercial-finance division develops.

Package & Benefits

• £32,000-£35,000 per annum basic salary.


• Uncapped commission with OTE of £70,000-£75,000+ and potential to exceed six figures.
