Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Account Manager based in Sutton Coldfield to own and develop an asset finance proposition. You will engage with an established base of business owners and HNW customers to fund vehicles, fleets, plant, machinery and equipment, while shaping the proposition’s growth.

The role combines relationship management with strategic development, offering autonomy, progression into leadership, and substantial earning potential through uncapped

Qualifications

Experience in asset finance sales or brokerage.
Proven track record of originating opportunities and converting to funded deals.
Confidence engaging with business owners and understanding funding requirements.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing customers to identify asset finance needs.
Develop funding opportunities across vehicles, fleets, machinery, and equipment.
Understand customers' business plans and match funding solutions to needs.
Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to funded deal.
Develop repeat business through proactive account management and engagement.
Help shape sales processes and growth of the division.
