Formación

• Expert knowledge of commercial property management and building systems.
• Strategic portfolio planning and risk management for property contexts.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and health & safety legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main client interface for Royal London asset manager and lead relationships.
• Oversee financial tracking, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with lease covenants and ESG requirements.
• Coordinate with RLAM CX Strategy Director to implement customer experience initiatives.
