Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact for assets and lead relationships.
• Oversee lease compliance, consent for alterations, and assignments.
• Ensure tenants comply with lease covenants and address breaches.
• Coordinate with accounts to manage cashflow and financial duties with clients and tenants.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with ESG and FM teams on ESG initiatives.
• Oversee inspections and manage site-based projects.
• Support acquisitions/disposals with due diligence and third parties.
• Provide client reporting and attend meetings as required.
