Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Operations Coordinator – Data & Surveys to coordinate asset surveys and data collection across the portfolio. You will act as the central link between clients, contractors, and internal data functions to ensure projects are scoped, delivered to a high standard and outputs are accurate for asset registers and FMRs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data handling and review.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset surveys and data collection activities.
• Engage with clients to confirm scope and approvals.
• Coordinate site visits and contractor logistics.
• Support data validation and preparation for asset registers and reports.
• Utilise Excel and Power BI to review data outputs.
