Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years equipment management in oil and gas, survey or subsea tooling.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and communication skills.
• Proficient with relevant systems and able to interface with management software.
• Able to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment inventory and records across asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate inspection, calibration, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and support mobilization/demobilization for field operations.
• Coordinate domestic and international equipment movements.
• Collaborate with SCM and suppliers to source parts and track requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, regulatory standards.
• Deliver equipment-use and safety training to field personnel.
• Maintain SOPs and checklists for Survey, GEO and S&P gear.
• Raise and close equipment-related non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance programs and asset records.
• Coordinate intercompany and third-party rental needs.
• Promote safe handling per HSE requirements.
• Support audits and corrective actions.
